Return Policy

At Piecebypiecewear we carry a carefully selected assortment, most shipped directly from the manufacturer.. We stand behind the quality and workmanship we choose. Sales are usually final and most products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we can accept returns on selected items as indicated in the link Return Policy in the product description pages of the website.

For returnable items shown on the product description page, the following conditions apply:

You may return the item in its original, undamaged condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund provided the product is listed on the product description page of the website. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after 7 days.

–       Items in original, undamaged condition and packaging:

To return an item in its original, undamaged condition and packaging, please contact Customer Service [email protected]  within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Only products that are marked as returnable on the product description page of the website are eligible for return.

We pack our items with great care so that they arrive safely, so please be sure to keep the original packing material, original receipt and any merchandise tags on any item you wish to return to us. If the outer box is damaged, you may need to provide additional packaging materials to return your order.

Custom order:

Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects or damages. You will have 24 hours from the day your custom order is placed to cancel it. After 24 hours, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Damaged item:

We will gladly accept returns for any item that may have been damaged in transit or has a manufacturer defect.  If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and email to [email protected] within 24 hours, we will provide further instructions. We will not consider requests without image proof. If the shipping carton is visibly damaged from the outside, we ask that you decline the delivery from the shipping provider and contact Piecebypiecewear customer service [email protected] 24 after delivery within hours.

Lost or stolen package:

It is not our policy to replace lost or stolen packages. Most of our shipments require a signature. We recommend that you always deliver packages to a safe location where someone can receive the goods (office building, janitor building…).

How to return an item to Piecebypiecewear:

To initiate a return, please email [email protected]  and include your name and address, order number, and return item number. Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions by email. You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return by mail, or we will replace the damaged product.

Once we have received your item and verified that it is in original condition with original packaging and labels, we will issue your refund. Please note that redemptions, credits and refunds are for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes collected will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
